Refund policy
Every Heritage Marble Crafts piece is made by hand in our Agra workshop and packed with care. If something is not right with your order, we will help you sort it out.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, you get a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns
- We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions.
- The buyer pays the return shipping cost.
- The refund is started once the returned product reaches us safely and has been inspected.
Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or PayPal), or by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) where that is not possible.
- Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or broken products
All our parcels are fully insured. If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will help you with the insurance claim and, depending on the outcome, send you a replacement or give you a refund. To help us process the claim quickly:
- If the parcel has visible outside damage, take photos of the packaging before opening it.
- Open and inspect the parcel within 3 days of delivery. Damage must be reported within this period to meet the courier and insurance requirements.
- Email us and the shipping company (FedEx or DHL) with photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Share any extra details the insurance company asks for.
- Once the claim is settled, we will email you the replacement or refund details.
