Shipping policy
We ship our handmade marble pieces from Agra to customers all over the world. Every parcel is packed by hand and fully insured against damage in transit.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with tracking. Bigger items sent by sea are delivered free to the nearest seaport (see below).
Delivery partners and time
- We ship with trusted courier partners DHL and FedEx. Delivery usually takes about 10 days to your doorstep.
- If the courier cannot deliver in your area, we ship through India Post.
- Made-to-order and custom-size pieces are shipped once they are finished. We share the expected making time when you order.
- Once your order is shipped, you get the tracking details by email and SMS. For large orders we contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Packaging
By air: items up to 48" diameter
Packed in a corrugated and PVC box with air bubble wrap and foam sheets, and sent by DHL or FedEx (about 10 days).
By sea: items above 48" diameter
Packed with wood wool, tied into a single secure piece, covered in jute cloth and fixed in a wooden box. These are sent by sea cargo, which takes about 6–8 weeks, and are delivered to the nearest seaport you give us at the time of purchase. You can arrange delivery from the seaport to your door, or we can arrange it at an extra cost. For a door-delivery quote, email us your full address and nearest seaport.
Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes charged by your country are paid by the buyer when the parcel clears customs. We are not responsible for delays in customs clearance.
Addresses we cannot ship to
- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- For Brazil, parcels must be addressed to a registered company or business name, not an individual.
